- Own the product roadmap end to end and work in the codebase; previously built and ran marketing.
- Built Atlas, an AI-native GTM command center: plain-language requests become segments, campaigns, and journeys, staged as proposals a human approves in Slack. One real-time record for people, companies, properties, and deals.
- Design product and go-to-market for three constituencies with competing needs: capital-markets investors, property managers, and owners.
- Supported $110M+ in capital commitments and designed the interfaces investors use to trade lease-backed securities.

Operator across marketing, product, and engineering. For 10+ years I have run full marketing functions for technical marketplaces and data platforms (demand generation, brand, product marketing, lifecycle, events, analytics); today I also own product roadmaps and ship production software hands-on. Scaled a marketplace from $5M to $100M+ in GMV, cut CAC 27% while lifting acquisition 54%, and led teams and budgets through growth and rebuild. Every function I have run has served multiple constituencies at once, so the job has always been aligning brand and go-to-market across parties who do not report to me. The payoff of the mix: I design and build the GTM system itself, so marketing runs on one source of truth instead of a stack of disconnected tools.
- Own the market thesis (96% of homeowners are not transacting; nobody builds for them) and the wedge: free for homeowners against the 6% agent commission, monetization built on a 20% services take rate.
- Built and launched the whole product solo: search, pre-market listings, buyer “knock” offers, contracts with e-signature, messaging, and a services marketplace paying providers through Stripe Connect.
- Deployed a 5.9M-parcel property-data warehouse with 99.9% boundary coverage, and bartrPulse: daily valuations from six live Federal Reserve data series, each stored with its full audit equation.
- Run the growth stack end to end: a 51-event analytics taxonomy, six A/B experiments, UTM attribution, and an 87-template lifecycle email engine on a purpose-built 20-table CRM.
- Cut CAC 27% and lifted acquisition 54% with a referral engine and full-funnel instrumentation, piping Segment events into PostHog.
- Ran lifecycle across email, SMS, and push, raising creator reply rate from 50% to 70%.
- Rebuilt the brand and landing experience, shaped B2C and B2B strategy, and wrote the Python/SQL behind reporting.
- Led a team of five across demand generation, brand, lifecycle, content, and partnerships, owning the full marketing budget.
- Scaled GMV from $5M to $100M+ across 14+ cities and grew revenue 4×, from $5M to $20M.
- Ran co-marketing across a three-sided marketplace through nationwide expansion: joint campaigns with multifamily owners and property managers, marketing to renters in parallel.
- Implemented Segment as the customer data platform and built the lead-scoring model that lifted conversion across sales and marketing.
- Co-founded the company and owned marketing and brand from zero; raised a ¥100M fund and launched a ¥10M accelerator with Coca-Cola SCMC.
- Aligned 5 LPs, 40 portfolio companies, and corporate partners on shared branding and co-marketing programs.
- Advised 50+ founding teams; assembled the program and sponsor roster for GSMA 4YFN at MWC Shanghai (18K attendees, 110+ global investors).
