I build at the center of product, engineering & design.
A strategist who ships. Eight-plus years leading product and growth for technical marketplaces — now writing the production software too, hands-on with AI-assisted development.

// the builder model
I don't work in a circle — I work at the center.
For decades, departments existed to manage scarce specialization. AI collapsed the price of it — the constraint flipped from headcount to judgment.
So I don't hand work off between product, engineering, and design. I own the whole loop — problem to shipped — and nothing gets lost at the seams.
The overlap is the whole job.
Strategy, growth & GTM
I take an ambiguous idea to a prioritized roadmap for marketplace and platform products — and I've supported $110M+ in capital commitments doing it.
AI-assisted development
Five live builds on Next.js 16, Convex, and TypeScript — written hands-on with Claude Code.
Design & UX
Design systems and interfaces that make complex products feel simple.

// the system i keep building
Anyone can call a model. My edge is the machine around it.
I've now shipped this blueprint three times — for a fintech, a real-estate marketplace, and an enterprise GTM platform. Data infrastructure first — the system of record, the warehouse, the command center — then AI wired in on top, compounding on data no one else has. Work with me and this is the machine you get.

The AI layer isn't a chatbot bolted on.
It's a harness. A request routes to the right mode — each with its own tools, permissions, context, and prompt — where an agent reasons in a loop, acting through the same guardrails as the app, then streams its work back into the product. I've built this end to end, and the details are the expertise.

- the warehouse
Each mode gates its own tools, permissions, context window, and system prompt — with compute and memory scaled to the task. Same model, purpose-built per job.
Runs as the user
Tools act with the caller's identity and scopes, re-checked on every call. Reads by default; writes are proposals, gated behind a human approval.
Isolated & auditable
Autonomous work runs in disposable sandboxes with capped egress — and every tool call lands on one shared queue and audit trail.
Proactive, not reactive
Agents watch the warehouse for signals — a dip, a stall, a spike — investigate, and surface what they found before anyone asks.
Build the system first, and the intelligence compounds on top of it. Three builds in, the blueprint only gets faster — and the next one is whatever we build together.

// about
I'm a product and marketing leader who spent 10+ years driving growth for technical marketplaces — and somewhere along the way I crossed over into building.
Today I sit at the center of product, engineering, and design: shipping production software hands-on with AI-assisted development, so I can take an idea from strategy straight through to deployed code. I'm based in Durham, NC, and I speak Mandarin.
// let's talk
Let's build something.
Have a product that needs both sharp strategy and someone who can ship it? I'd love to hear about it.
